James D. "Jim" Luper

James D. "Jim" Luper, 62, of Fayetteville died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013, at UAMS in Little Rock. He was born July 16, 1951, in Fayetteville, Ark., the son of Lynn Luper and Ina Mae Hughes Luper. He was employed as a truck driver for 44 years. He married the former Regina Adams on March 25, 1972, in Fayetteville. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Regina Luper of the home; two daughters, Jennifer Nass and her husband, Sgt. A.J. Nass II of Fort Hood, Texas; Jamie Luper of Fort Worth, Texas; a sister, Linda Bartlett of Rogersville, Mo.; two grandchildren, Hunter Jason Nass and Ashley Savannah Nass. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 5 at 10 a.m. at the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville.
