Jerry Lee Appleman

Jerry Lee Appleman, 46, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers Ark. He was born on Dec. 21, 1966, in Maryville, Mo., to Jackie Lee Appleman and Donna Jean Hansen Appleman. He loved to golf, and loved spending time with his family and friends. He loved to play jokes on his siblings. He is survived by his mother, Jean Appleman of Bella Vista, Ark.; two daughters, Joy Renee Appleman of Bentonville, Ark., Cassandra Ann Appleman of Council Bluffs, Iowa; brother, Joe Appleman and wife, Noelle, of Bella Vista, Ark.; sister, Julie L. Sheffield and husband, Doug, of Waukee, Iowa; and brother, Jeff Appleman and wife, Kathy, of Jackson, Mo. A private interment service will be held in Missouri at a later date. Arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
