Junior Lee "Bud" Turner, age 62, died Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, in Meadowview Nursing Home in Huntsville, Ark. Bud was born April 11, 1951, in Fayetteville, Ark., to Lee and Jane Woods Turner. Bud loved wrestling, John Wayne and Dr. Pepper. His life touched many hearts and he was a true blessing to all who knew him. Bud was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Jane Turner; one sister, Joyce Bell and husband Mike; one brother, David Turner, and a host of friends and family. The family wants to give special thanks to all the staff at Meadowview for their love and care. Bud sends his kisses. Visitation will be 5 p.m.–7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, 2013, at Moore's Chapel. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Whitehouse Community Church with Pastor Rex Eaton officiating. Burial will be in Whitehouse Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel. Pallbearers will be David Turner, Todd Turner, Ty Turner, Casey Bell, Tilden Eaton, and Lewis Barber. Honorary Pallbearers will be Doug Cunningham, Bobby Smith, Roger Keck, Bill Keys William Keys, Mike Bell, Ray Eaton, and Allan and Justin Barber.
