George Edward 'Eddie' Pults

George Edward "Eddie" Pults went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013, at the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, Ark. He was 72 years old. Eddie was born in Springdale, Ark., on Jan. 10, 1941, to George Henry Pults and Earnestine Pults. He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Diana Pults of Springdale; his son, Tyler Pults and wife, Sarah, of Springdale; his daughter, Tara Pults of Springdale; his granddaughter, Ella Katheryn Pults; his sister, Wanda Walker of Tulsa, Okla.; and his brother, Carl Pults and wife, Rosie, of Wheatland, Mo. He is preceded in death by his mother and father; sisters, Betty Jo Pults and Diane Anglin; and his stepfather, Herbert Davis. Eddie served in the U.S. Air Force from 1960 to 1965. He was a retired car dealer who built his business from scratch. He attended Temple Baptist Church in Springdale, where he served as a deacon. He was an avid believer in Jesus Christ. He loved gospel music, Westerns, hot rods and fishing. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Heritage Funeral Home. Services will be held at Temple Baptist Church in Springdale on Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 2 p.m., with Brother Don Elmore officiating. Eddie will be laid to rest at Bluff Cemetery in Springdale.
