Wayne Paul Cook, 70, of Pea Ridge died Sept. 10, 2013, at home. Survivors wife, Louise Cook; three daughters, Tina Cook, Laurie Roggendorf (Dan), Michelle Cook; son, Lloyd Cook (Irma); five grandchildren.
