Letha Helen Keith Parker

Letha Helen Keith Parker, age 72, passed away Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, in Fayetteville. She was born March 28, 1941, in Jackson, Ky., to Frank and Marie O'Connor Keith. She was a Certified Nurses Assistant in geriatrics for over 40 years in the state of Arkansas and retired from her career at Butterfield Trail Village retirement community in 2006. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Dawn Keith of Fayetteville, Ark.; one grandson, Sandy Jason Keith and his wife Amanda Smith Keith; two great-granddaughters, Alice Lucy Keith and Mariam Helen Keith both of Fairfax, Va.
