Arthur Lee Easter

Arthur Lee Easter, 79, of Siloam Springs, passed away Oct. 10, 2013, in his home. He was born Sept. 14, 1934, in Winslow, the son of Edmond and Sylvia Hampton Easter. He was a farmer and enjoyed raising chickens. Arthur served in the United States Army. Survived by his wife, Marsha Annette Smith Easter, of the home; 13 children; one brother, Virgil Easter and wife, Ruby, of Lowell; sisters, Gladys Main of Lowell, Girdie Rice and Bertha Laird and husband, Lonnie, all Rogers, and Goldie Johnson of Seligman; 34 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 27 nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the House of Prayer in Rogers with Pastor Jeff Patterson officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in the Pratt Cemetery.
