Phyllis J. Daiker Moore

Phyllis J. Daiker Moore, age 75, of Fayetteville, Ark., and formerly of Tulsa, Okla., passed away Friday, Oct. 4, 2013, at her home in Fayetteville. Phyllis was born in Tulsa, Okla., on Sept. 14, 1938, to Woodrow and Mary (Brooks) Martin. Preceded in death by her parents, Phyllis is survived by one daughter, Julie Bryan and her husband, James; two brothers; one sister; six grandchildren, Katie and Zack McDonald, O'Shay DuBois, Louie Lancaster, Chris and Kelsey Bryan; several nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held.
