Gregory L. Sabine

Gregory Lynn Sabine, 65, died Oct. 3, 2013, in Bentonville, Ark. He was born on Feb. 4, 1948, in Wichita, Kan., to the late Alfred D. and Twyla (Howell) Sabine. He was the loving husband of Rita (Martin) Sabine. Greg welded for Screw Conveyor in Chanute, Kan., for five years before moving to Texas where he worked in a chemical plant for 13 years. He had a passion for saltwater aquariums and fishing. He also owned a Harley Sportster that he loved riding. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Greg is survived by his wife of Rogers; two sons, Jason Sabine of Bentonville and Stephen Sabine of Rogers; two grandsons, Todd Aaron Sabine and Seth Ryan Sabine, both of Kentucky; two sisters, Kelly Moran of Kansas and Kathy Clancy of California; brother, Bill Sabine of California; and three nieces and two nephews. The funeral will be Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013, at 11 a.m. in Rollins Funeral Home chapel. Military honors will be rendered.
