Carolyn M. Srygley, 57, of Fayetteville, Ark., passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her close family and best friend on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013. Over the years, Carolyn had many passions, including playing golf, quilting, cooking, reading, and more. She was also an animal lover, especially to her beloved cat, Jade. She was a yellow-dog Democrat and had the opportunity to travel with the Advance Team during the Clinton Administration. She is a past president of the Ladies' Golf Association of the Russellville County Club and a lifetime member of the Junior Auxiliary of Russellville. She had such a caring heart and was always thinking of others. She will be truly missed by many. She was born Oct. 16, 1955, in Maywood, Calif., to Raymond Triplett and Judy Napier Triplett. She is survived by one son, Trey Srygley and wife, Elyse, of Fayetteville, Ark.; one daughter, Amanda Rogers and husband, Kyle, of Fayetteville; two grandsons, Cole and Cade Rogers; her mother, Judy Triplett of Springdale, Ark.; her father, Raymond Triplett of Fort Smith, Ark.; and her sister, Janice Spradley of Fort Smith, Ark. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7 in the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home, with Mr. Jack English officiating. Private burial will be held at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville. Memorial contributions may be made to Junior Achievement of Arkansas, which supports educating students K–12 in Northwest Arkansas with knowledge and skills in work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy (1501 N.
