Charles Wayne Garman

Charles Wayne Garman, 73, Gravette, died Sept. 26, 2013. He was born March 4, 1940, in Gravette, Ark. Preceded in death by wife, Suzanne; his parents, Roy and Loretta; and brother, Cecil. Survived by two children, daughter, Cara, and son, Philip; and five siblings, Shirley, Michael, Calvin, Carl and Clarence.
