Robert Earl Wyche

Robert Earl Wyche, 94, died Nov. 25, 2013, at home in Ringling, Okla. He was a WWII Navy veteran, postal retiree and mayor. Survivors include son, Charles Wyche and wife, Nona, of Springdale.
