Lane C. Lewallen

Lane C. Lewallen, 73, of Bentonville passed away May 29, 2013. She was born Aug. 28, 1939, in Hattieville, Ark., to Ira and Oretha Cargile. Lane had a special heart for her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Lane is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jerry Lewallen; one son, Mark Lewallen and wife, Kim, of Fort Smith, Ark.; daughters, Laura Lewallen of Bentonville, Ark., and Tracy Frick and husband, Paul, of Shawnee, Kan.; sisters, Sarah Lou Baker and husband, Charles, of Midland, Texas, and Carol Head and husband, Butch, of Bentonville, Ark.; five grandchildren, Stephen and Landon Lewallen of Fort Smith, Ark., Caleb Lewallen of Bentonville, Ark., and Aaron and Alex Frick of Shawnee, Kan. Memorial visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2013, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2013, at Bentonville Church of Christ with Walton Hook officiating.
