Jimmy Lee Jones, 66, of Rogers died Sunday, May 12, 2013, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. He was born Oct. 27, 1946, in Tulsa, Okla., to James "Wimpy" Jones and Mildred Lee Williamson Jones. He enjoyed growing herbs for the farmers market, he raced cars when he was younger and enjoyed watching NASCAR. He also enjoyed working crossword puzzles, reading Western books, fishing and camping at the lake. He was employed by Canadian Pacific Railroad, Browning Arms, was owner of Jones & Associates Advertising, part-owner of Big Brothers Pawn and owner of Best Pawn. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors are his wife, Pam Jones of the home; one son, Michael Jones and Laura of Garfield; two daughters, Jennifer Jones of Bella Vista and Julie Jones of Tulsa, Okla.; two stepdaughters, Jennifer Adams and David of Bella Vista, and Amanda Smith of Bentonville. Graveside service is set for Friday, May 17, 11 a.m. at Ruddick Cemetery, with Pastor Rick Booyer officiating. Visitation is set for Thursday, May 16, 5-7 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.
