Harold Parish Scott, age 94, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, May 4, 2013, in Fayetteville. He was born Nov. 24, 1918, in Sugar Grove, Ark., to John Wesley and Inez Scott. He was a member of First Christian Church in Fayetteville. He served in the United States Navy during World War II and retired from Northwest Arkansas Gas Company. He is preceded in death by his wife, Nell Scott. He is survived by two daughters, Janice Williams and her husband, Ron, of Hot Springs, Ark., Jane Nichols and her husband, Don, of Jackson, Miss.; seven grandchildren, Chris Case and Brad Case, both of Hot Springs, Ark.; Ben Nichols of Japan, Jeff Nichols and his wife, Caitlin, of British Virgin Islands, Will Nichols of Jackson, Miss., Randy Williams of Hot Springs, Ark., Rick Williams of Cabot, Ark.; and his sister, Doris Horne of Fayetteville. Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 10, at Butterfield Trail Village, 1923 E. Joyce Blvd., Fayetteville, Ark.
