Patsy Ruth Dennis

Pasty Ruth Dennis of Springdale went to her heavenly home Thursday, March 21, 2013. Patsy was born July 15, 1935, in Fayetteville, the daughter of Houston and Jane Capehart West. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; and daughters; Paula Faye and Susan Elaine. Patsy loved her flowers and birds in her garden and was ever grateful for a loving God. Many have said how she was an encouragement to them along life's trail. She was an indispensable partner to her husband in his ministry. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, the Rev. Paul Dennis; daughter, Gail; son, Von; five grandchildren, Michael Pianalto, Paula Geisler, Katie Dennis, Jon Pianalto and Kelly Laws; four great-grandchildren, Noah, Hannah, Lilly and Cooper. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2013, at Sang Avenue Baptist Church.
