Betty Lebeda

Betty Lebeda, age 74, of Maysville, Ark., passed away Monday, March 11, 2013, at Concordia Care and Rehabilitation in Bella Vista, Ark. Betty was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on June 20, 1938, to Joseph and Martha (Titera) Stejskal. She was owner operator of the Maysville Diner and manager of the Fayetteville Farmer's Market for many years. Betty loved gardening, cooking, sewing and spending time with her family, and she will be missed very much. Preceded in death by her husband, Paul Lebeda in 1994, and her parents; Betty is survived by three sons, Phillip Lebeda and wife, Tina, of Arizona, Wayne Lebeda of Maysville, Ark., Ray Lebeda M.D. and wife, Melia Evans M.D., of Florida; two daughters, Sandy Rathjen and husband, Gary, of Oklahoma, Vicky Dorsett and husband, David, of Kansas; one brother, Joe Stejskal of California; one sister, Lynn Leusinger of Idaho; four grandchildren, Joey, Brandie, Heather, Rhiannon; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
