Wayne Tarver

Wayne Tarver, 65, of Rogers died Saturday, June 22, 2013, at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was the son of Max and Charlotte Stroud Elliott. He was a manager at Food Town for many years. Wayne was an avid fisherman who enjoyed life and riding his Harley. He was preceded in death by his parents, Max and Charlotte Stroud Elliott; and two brothers, Russell Elliott and David Elliott. He is survived by his daughters, Traci Hill and her husband, Dan, of Joplin, Mo., and Robin Rounds and her husband, Jamie, of Garfield, Ark.; sister, Tonnie Ruttan and her husband, Russell, of Rogers, Ark.; brother, Jim Elliott of Sunnyvale, Calif.; six grandchildren; and three nephews. Memorials may be sent to Sturgis Rally Charities Foundation. A family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Epting Funeral Home of Bentonville.
