Lillian Mae Thompson

Lillian Mae Thompson, 85, of Bentonville passed away June 23, 2013, in Rogers. She was born April 20, 1928, in Malden, Mo., the daughter of Arthur Loyd and Pansy Woodall Palmer. She was a homemaker. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard Thompson; her parents; and stepmother, Reba McComas; five brothers, Albert, James, Arthur Jr., August and Archie Palmer; one sister, Edna Lunsford. Survived by three sons, Darrell, Stephen and Paul Slaton and families, all of California; one daughter, Brenda Thompson of Bentonville; two brothers, Ruben Palmer and Arthur Butts; four sisters, Audrey Redding, Clara Gregorich, Shirley Draper and Emma Palmer. Private graveside services were 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter.
