Richard Adam Peak

Richard Adam Peak age 31 a resident of Rogers, Ark., passed away May 31, 2013. Adam was born on Nov. 5, 1981, in Fayetteville, Ark., the son of Richard Alan and Carol Leigh Crews Peak. He was a graduate of Farmington High School. He loved his nephews, niece, music and most of all his best friend and dog Khaos. Survivors include his parents, Richard Peak and wife Joanna of Springdale, Ark., Carol Casey and husband Rocky of Prairie Grove, Ark.; two brothers, Austin Peak and wife Kendra of Derby, Kan., Kolby Casey and wife Jamie of Berryville, Ark.; one sister, Natalie Casey of Berryville, Ark.; four nephews and one niece. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2013, 5 p.m. at the Prairie Grove Christian Church, 611 Wayne Villines Road, Prairie Grove, Ark. Officiating the service will be Vance Eubanks.
