Tonya Kay Rankin

Tonya Kay Rankin, 44, of Decatur passed away July 20, 2013, in Bentonville. She was born July 22, 1968, in Siloam Springs, Ark., the daughter of Frank and Kay Peacock Marie. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her sister, Vicky Lynn Haven. Survived by her husband, Richard Osbourn of the home; two daughters, Chentile Merworth and Chasity McAdams, both of Decatur; her mother, Kay Clubb and husband, Foy, of Beaumont, Texas; four grandchildren, Demian Merworth, James, Jaksyn and Ellie McAdams.
