John Harve Strate

John Harve Strate, age 58, of Jane, Mo., passed away at his home on Friday, Jan. 25, 2013. John was born Jan. 14, 1955, in Bentonville, Ark., to Roy and Josephine (Threet) Strate. He worked for several years at the Wal-Mart PMDC. He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Strate; a brother, Arlon Strate and his wife, Laurie Strate. John is survived by his mother, Josephine Strate of Bentonville, Ark.; a brother, Jerry Strate and wife, Glenda, of Las Vegas, Nev.; a sister, Judy Ward and husband, Leonard, of Bentonville, Ark.; a sister-in-law, Barbara Strate of Tulsa, Okla.; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Memorial service for John Strate will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at the First Christian Church of Bentonville, Ark., 807 S.E. 14th St., across from the Bentonville Police Department.
