Anna Jean Anderson, 85, of Springdale, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Circle of Life Hospice. She was born May 30, 1927, in Hickory Creek to William Tell "Willie" and Minnie Marie Sigmon Eden. Anna Jean loved the Lord and was a lifetime member of Revival Tabernacle Church. She enjoyed singing, embroidery, gardening and was devoted to the care of her family. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Charlotte Holman; a grandson, James David "Bubba" Sturdivant; and sister, Louise Scott. She is survived by her husband, Noel Anderson, whom she married Jan. 3, 1948, in Fayetteville; three children, Linda Lingle of Lowell, Vanessa Reynolds of Springdale and David Anderson and wife, Theresa of Lowell; a son-in-law, Jimmy Holman of Lowell; two brothers, Paul Eden and wife, Mary Ella and Billy Eden and wife, Juanette, all of Springdale; seven grandchildren, Denise Greenlee, Debbie Tinsley, Monica Lee, Shawna Holman, Darbi Perlera, Sydni Anderson and Ashley Sturdivant; eight great-grandchildren, Shawnetta Wandrey, Christopher Maritan, Joshua Tinsley, Kayla Holman, Paige Cifers, Michael Cifers, Tabitha Lee and Philana Powell; and six great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at Revival Tabernacle Church with her brother, Pastor Paul Eden, officiating. Interment will be at Wilson Cemetery.
