Fannie Pearl Leewright

A graveside service for Fannie Pearl Leewright, age 95, of Springdale, Ark., formerly of Dike, will be conducted at 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at Conner Cemetery, with Dwayne Beck officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Fannie Pearl Leewright passed away at the Earline Howard Hospice House in Springdale, Ark., Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013. She was born in Yantis on Nov. 27, 1917, the daughter of Joseph Henry Beck and Sarah Cenith (Clifton) Beck. She married Minor Monard Leewright at Dike on Feb. 17, 1934. He preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of Robinson Avenue Church of Christ in Springdale, Ark. Survivors include three daughters, Patsy Gemar and husband, Wayne, of Springdale, Ark., Vonda Austin of Shingle Springs, Calif., and Roslyn Fike and husband, Ben, of West Cliffe, Colo.; grandchildren, Susan Carew, Eric DePew, Ed Austin, Alan Austin, Lyle Austin, Rebecca Austin, Tyler Fike and Amy Duffy; 18 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by seven brothers and four sisters. The family wishes to express their appreciation to Earline Howard Hospice House and Shiloh Nursing and Rehab. in Springdale, Ark.
