Mark Shane Elsner

Mark Shane Elsner, 40, of Rogers died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. He was born May 1, 1972, in Norton, Kan., to Gerald Gene Elsner and Linda Lee Anderson Elsner. He had a small engine repair shop at his home, collected antiques and enjoyed tinkering. He was very generous and giving with his favorite saying being "It'll Be Alright." He enjoyed his grandson, nieces and nephews, often giving rides on the wheel-horse and go-cart. He is survived by his wife, Anna Elsner of the home; his parents, Jerry and Linda Elsner of Rogers; three children; a stepdaughter and a step-grandson; two brothers, Sean Elsner and wife, Christy, of Kansas City, Kan., Todd Elsner and wife, Sara, of Crowley, Texas. Services are set for 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, at Monte Ne Baptist Church, 1610 Monte Ne Road, Rogers, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be at Sisco Funeral Home Chapel, 1312 N.
