Charles Speak

Charles Speak, 69, died Feb. 12. Visitation is Feb. 15 at Holt Memorial Chapel in Harrison at 6 p.m. Funeral is Saturday at 2 p.m. at the chapel. Burial is in Bellefonte Cemetery. Survivors include wife, Shirley; son, Chester; granddaughter, Caitlin; one brother; and three sisters.
