Charles Truman Nelson

Charles Truman Nelson, 88, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, in West Fork. He was born May 5, 1924, in Combs, Ark., to Charlie and Bertha Nelson. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lillian Nelson; two sons, Ronnie and Lonnie Nelson; brother, Eddie Lee Nelson; and sister, Verda Patrick. Survivors include his two sons, Jerry Nelson and wife, Joy of West Fork and Donny Nelson and wife, Glenda of Combs; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends. Visitation will be held 10-11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, at Beard's Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Jasper Hankins officiating.
