James "Jim" Dale Jarrett, 46, of Rogers, Ark., died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2013, at his home. He was born May 29, 1967, in Little Rock, Ark. Jim attended Leon High School in Tallahassee, Fla. He enjoyed playing his guitar and was the founder of the local hit band "Paper Jam." He loved to spend time in the outdoors, especially fishing. He loved his family very dearly. He was a member of the Elks Lodge in Rogers. Jim is survived by: his wife, Kellyne Jarrett, of the home; his mother, Mara Dean Jarrett of Jacksonville, Ark.; three sons, U.S. Army Specialist Robert Kearney and his wife, Brandi, of Fort Hood, Texas, U.S. Army Specialist Curtis Kearney of Rogers, Tyler Rosenthal of Rogers; one sister, Kaye Newsome and her husband, Kevin, of Tampa, Fla.; one nephew, Capt. Logan Newsome, U.S. Army, of Del Din, Italy; three grandchildren, Robby and Izzy Kearney, both of Lincoln, and Ryker Kearney of Fort Hood, Texas. His Celebration of life will be Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014, from 2-5 p.m. at the Rogers-Bentonville Elks Lodge 2144, 501 S. 40th Street, Rogers, Ark.
