Robert A Burbage

Robert A. "Bob" Burbage, 69, of Springdale, AR passed away Friday, December 20, 2013 at the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. Bob was born on February 15, 1944 in Fort Worth, TX, a son of Charles Harry Burbage and Helen Ann Burdge Burbage. In 1989 he married Anne Froning. Bob was a retired corporate pilot for Superior Industries in Springdale, was a member of the St Thomas Episcopal Church and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was very active with the Masonic Bodies of Arkansas including; Past Master of Washington Lodge #1 in Fayetteville, the Fayetteville York Rite Bodies, Arkansas York Rite College, Albert Pike Priority KCCH, Trinity Conclave of the Red Cross of Constantine, the Jack Sharp Council and the Arkansas Council of Knight Masons, Carson Scott Council of AMD, Arkansas Past Commanders Club, the Royal Order of Scotland, Fayetteville Court of Amaranth and the Western Arkansas Scottish Rite. Survivors include his wife Anne Burbage; daughters, Tiffani Smith McCrary of Conway, AR, Kari Elizabeth Kinne of Springdale, AR and Jennifer Nicole McCarty of Marion, AR; one brother, Charles Frances Burbage of Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Mary Margaret Limacher of Chicago, IL and Susan Allen Wishney of Boise, ID; six grandchildren, Landon Walls McCrary, Chandler Elizabeth McCrary, Michael Chase Kinne, Cambrie Elizabeth Kinne, Michael Caden McCarty and Trenten Smith McCarty. Funeral Services will be held at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Springdale on Friday, Dec 27, 2013 at 2:00pm. Rev Pamela S. Morgan will officiate the service. Burial with Masonic Services will be held at the St Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Fayetteville, under the direction of the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Springdale.
