Frances N. Seyler, 75, of Rogers, Ark., passed away at her home Aug. 29, 2013, after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was born June 17, 1938, in Morehead City, N.C., to Tracy C. and Viola McNeill Nall. Frances graduated from high school in Southern Pines, N.C., and earned her associate's degree from Sandhills Community College in Southern Pines. Fran, as she preferred, enjoyed a varied career as a banker, legal secretary, marketing at a resort hotel, real estate broker, university financial aid counselor and corporate officer. Throughout life she liked to play golf, tennis, Bridge, travel and spend time with her family and friends. As a retiree, she liked working in her yard and bowling with her friends. She was a faithful member of First Christian Church of Rogers for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She was loved and will be missed by all. Frances is survived by her husband of the home, Samuel, whom she married Jan. 5, 1975; two sons, James Frazier and wife, Jasmine, of Fort Collins, Colo., and Douglas Seyler and wife, Lisa, of Decatur, Ark.; one daughter, Cynthia Seyler and husband, Phillip Krout, of Havana, Fla.; three brothers, David Nall and wife, Paula, of Rose Pine, La., Michael Nall and wife, Cynthia, of Pinehurst, N.C., and Tracy "Buddy" Nall of Springdale, Ark.; two sisters, Barbara Miller of Cameron, N.C., and Norma Nall of Pinehurst, N.C.; three granddaughters, two great-granddaughters; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial celebration will be held Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013, at 2 p.m. at First Christian Church in Rogers, with the Rev. Shawn Wallace, senior pastor, officiating. The graveside memorial service will be held Thursday, Sept, 5, 2013, at 3 p.m. at the Wellsville Cemetery in Wellsville, Kan. A memorial gathering will take place in North Carolina at a later date. Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church, 905 S. 13th St., Rogers, Ark.; or to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR 72762.
