Chloe Mae Cordell

Chloe Mae Cordell, 91, of Farmington died Sunday, Aug. 25, 2013, at Katherine's Place in Fayetteville. She was born March 17, 1922, in Verona, Mo., to Fred L. and Addie Crouch Carpenter. Chloe worked at Pilgrim Place Retirement Home. She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and attending music shows. Survivors include one son, Fred L. Harmon and wife, Star, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two daughters, Shirl St. Clair of Farmington and Carol Brown of Clarksville, Ark.; one sister, Mary Fuller of Hazel Park, Mich.; 13 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, at 10 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Burial will follow in the Calton Cemetery at 1:30 p.m., near Pleasant Ridge, Mo.
