Charles Foster Ratledge

Charles Foster Ratledge, 45, of Decatur passed away Aug. 18, 2013, in Bentonville. He was born Feb. 16, 1968, in Hugoton, Kan., the son of Charles and Joyce Kelsey Ratledge. He is preceded in death by his wife, Tennie Ratledge; and two grandchildren, Kayla and Jacob Ratledge. Survived by his three sons, Charles Ratledge Jr. of Siloam Springs, Michael Ratledge and Jon Ratledge, both of Gravette; his mother, Joyce Smith; and his father, Charles Ratledge; stepbrother, Jerry Smith of Decatur; and stepsisters, Vanessa Willis of Hugoton, Kan., Cheryl Waeltz of Sulphur Springs, Diona Hixson and Catherine Smith, both of Siloam Springs; four grandchildren.
