Laura Jean Waters

Laura "Laurie" Jean Waters, 52, of Centerton, Ark., passed away Friday, April 26, 2013, at Circle of Life Legacy Village in Bentonville, Ark. She was born June 28, 1960, in Lonoke, Ark., to Harold Newell Corbin and Wantha Sue Duncan. Laurie was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She was a faithful friend who made everyone's day better with a smile that lit up the room. She leaves a Godly legacy and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by son, Jonathan Waters and wife, Amanda, of Bentonville; daughter, Sarabeth Jenkins and husband, Ryan, of Crossett, Ark.; mother, Sue Corbin of Centerton; two brothers; two sisters; four grandchildren, and was eagerly awaiting the birth of her fifth. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday, April 29, 2013, at Bible Missionary Church in Rogers, with the Rev. Jim Roberts and Jonathan Waters officiating. Burial will be in Benton County Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Melvin Waters officiating. Memorials may be made to Highlands Oncology, 808 S. 52nd St., Rogers, AR 72758.
