Alta Euthema Glenn, 93, of Patrick, Ark., died April 25, 2013, at her home. She was born June 23, 1919, at Asher, Ark., the daughter of Richard Norman and Amanda Elizabeth Worth Tackett. She was a homemaker, a member of the Combs Church of Christ since age 17 and the widow of Curtis Carson Glenn Sr. who preceded her in death on Aug. 15, 1988. She also preceded in death by one son, Charles Phillip Glenn; one daughter, Katherine Baker; two grandsons, Randy Hawkins and Moss Glenn; five brothers and two sisters. Survivors include: four sons and three daughters-in-law, Curtis C. Glenn Jr. and Judy Glenn of Elkins, Ark., Gary Glenn, Steven and Patsy Glenn and Michael and Lila Glenn, all of Patrick, Ark.; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Donna and Bill Hawkins of Patrick, Ark., Martha and J. C. Eaton of Boston, Ark., and Nelda Kay Wolfe of Elkins, Ark.; 17 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 29, at the Combs Church of Christ with T. J. Bennett, Minister officiating. Interment will be in the Patrick Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Ark. Pallbearers will be: Aaron Wagley, Weston Glenn, Jason Glenn, Michael Glenn, James Eaton, Jeff Eaton, Devin Glenn, Duane Glenn, Travis Burnett and Rex Hawkins. The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
