Nina Susan Higgins

Nina Susan Higgins, 63, of Springdale died April 18, 2013, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born April 15, 1950, in Edison, Ga., to James Aleywine and Lila Preston. She was a seamstress and member of Church of God in Springdale. Nina enjoyed her time with her family and her animals. She is survived by her husband, Don Higgins of the home; her mother, Lila Neill of Macon, Ga.; two sons, James Higgins of Little Rock and Robert Neill of Maine; daughter, Susan Dunn of Fayetteville; two brothers, Robert Aleywine and Mark Neill, both of Macon, Ga.; sister, Lisa Neill Beckman of Atlanta, Ga.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be 6 p.m. Sunday, April 21, 2013, at Church of God, 705 E. Meadow, Springdale, Ark., with the Rev. Tom Justus officiating.
