James Bartley

James Bartley, 69, of Wesley, passed from this life on April 16, 2013. He was born July 10, 1943, in Shawneetown, Ill., to Willie and Lydia Bartley. Jim is preceded in death by his parents; and son, James Bartley. Jim is survived by his wife, Judy; children, Julie McGarrah, Judy Bartley, Jolene Baughman and William Jesse Bartley; siblings, Joe Grubb, Mary Winkler and Ed Mallory; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
