Cecil Eugene Ford, 68, a resident of Lincoln, passed away Nov. 18, 2012 at his home. He was born June 20, 1944 in Magic Springs, Ark., the son of Artis Lee and Mary Mildred Powell Ford. He was a member of the Lincoln Church of God, where he and Shirley pastored for almost 32 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, the Rev. Shirley Ford, and one son, Stephen Ray Ford. Survivors include two daughters, Tammie Jean Ford Ballou of Lincoln and Brenda Ann Ford Tomlin of Bella Vista; three brothers, Floyd Ford of Harrison, Raymond Ford of Flippin and Alvin Ford of Siloam Springs; one sister, Dellia Parker of Blytheville; six grandchildren, Lindsi Huffaker, Kassi Harrison, Krista Ballou, Eric Hutchison, Joshua Ballou and Sydney Tomlin; five great-grandchildren, Clayton Huffaker, Carli Huffaker, Adaya Huffaker, Ryann Harrison and Rowan Hutchison. The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m., Tuesday at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at Lincoln Church of God.
