Robert John Farrell III

Robert John (Scott) Farrell III, 84, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2012, at his residence. He was born to Robert John Farrell Jr. and Frances (Zitter) Farrell on Nov. 29, 1927 in Philadelphia, Pa. He is survived by his wife, Billye Farrell; daughters, Sharon Hall and husband, Richard, and Dianne Goodsell and husband, Kenny; son, Robert John Farrell IV and wife, DeeGee; brothers, Charles Farrell and wife, Betty, and James Farrell; sisters, Kathleen McDowell and husband, Eddie, and Mary Lee and husband, Mike; grandchildren, David Hall, Melissa Page, Joshua Farrell, Paige Rollins, Jon Goodsell and Joshua Goodsell; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Leo Farrell. Public visitation will begin 2 p.m. Sunday, April 1, 2012, at the Zoeller Funeral Home and will continue until 9 p.m. The family will be present to receive friends from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. A graveside service will be held 9:45 a.m. on Monday, April 2, 2012, at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Ed Simpson and Dr. Brad L. Mclean officiating.
