Bobby Joe Brown

Bobby Joe Brown, 82, of Rogers, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2012, at Jamestown Nursing and Rehab. Joe was born June 6, 1929, in Spring Creek Community to the late John M. and Lydia R. (Huffmaster) Brown. Joe was a lifetime resident of Benton County and a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church. He was also an ASCS committee member and on the Cave Springs Farmer's Co-op Board of Directors. Joe was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Bill J. Brown; and four sisters. Survivors include his loving wife of almost 62 years, Lois Jean Garrett Brown of the home; one son, Steve Brown and wife, Martha, of Lowell; two grandchildren, Allen Brown and Sarah Easterling and husband, Andrew; and two great-grandchildren, Atticus and Beckett. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, March 29, 2012, at Spring Creek Baptist Church in Springdale with visitation Wednesday, March 28, from 5-7 p.m. at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
