Shanika Danyelle Ford

Shanika Danyelle Ford, 30, of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2012, in Fayetteville. She was born April 13, 1981, in Fayetteville, the daughter of James Ford and Elaine Buchanan. She was a homemaker and member of St. James Missionary Baptist Church and graduate of the University of Arkansas. Survivors include her parents, James Ford of Fayetteville and Elaine Buchanan of Fayetteville; one sister, Tempestt Sigears of Fayetteville; two brothers, Jeleel Ford of Fayetteville and Jason Mason of Pine Bluff; grandmother, Doretha Ford of Chicago, Ill.; one niece, Ja'liyah Mason; and nephew, Ja'Sean Parks. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2012, at St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville, with the Rev. Curtiss Smith officiating. Burial will be in Oak Cemetery.
