Christopher Townsend, 32, of Fayetteville, Ark., passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012, in Fayetteville. He was born Nov. 7, 1979, in Fayetteville, Ark., to Clifford E. Townsend and Linda Morris. He was an editor in broadcast journalism. He is survived by his wife, Tonia Nicole (Edens) Townsend of Fayetteville, Ark.; his father, Clifford Townsend of Kansas City, Mo.; and mother and stepfather, Linda Morris Ramage and Phillip Ramage of Nashville, Ark.; twin sons, William Christopher Noyes and Taylor James Noyes of Huntsville, Ark.; grandparents, Justin and Ruby Morris of Fayetteville, Ark.; grandparents, Gene and Barbara Townsend of Harrison, Ark.; brother, Drew Gibbs and wife Katie Beth and niece Isabella, from Jacksonville, Ark.; aunt, Sherry Williams of Holiday Island, Ark.; uncle, Mike Morris of Fayetteville, Ark. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time on Monday, March 19th, in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. with Pastor Rob Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
