Henry Deane McKeown

Henry Deane McKeown, 85, of Springdale passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012 in Springdale. He was born July 6, 1926 in Newark, New Jersey the son of Patrick Henry and Bertha Snyder McKeown. He was a member of the Catholic Faith, enjoyed horses and being outdoors; retired Real Estate Broker and served in the Navy and proud of his Irish Heritage; loving husband, father and grandfather and great-grandfather. Preceded in death by his wife Verna Faye McKeown and son David C Bergeron. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed; also was a former member of the Republic Saddle Club in Republic, MO. Survivors include five daughters, Patricia L. Stockwell of Lowell, AR, Kathleen D. Williams of Grand Rapids, MI, Deanna M. Duplanti of Springdale, AR, Shannon C. Castorino of Winnsboro, TX and Erin M. Evenson of Norman, OK; two sons, Jeffrey C. Bergeron of Senoia, GA and Michael T. Bergerson of LaQuey, MO; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Beard's Funeral Chapel with Father John Antony officiating. Burial will be at Fayetteville National Cemetery.
