Ronda Lynn Chavez

Ronda Lynn Chavez was born on Nov. 1, 1958, in Cushing, Okla., and departed this life on Wednesday, Feb. 29, 2012, in Rogers, Ark., at the age of 53. Ronda, the daughter of Ronald Flynn and Martha Faye (Rich) Dillman, was a resident of Bentonville, Ark. She graduated from Prague High School with the class of 1978. She married Joel Chavez on March 7, 1986, in Gainesville. Ronda was a homemaker and a member of Shepherd's Chapel. Her mother, stepmother, and grandparents preceded Ronda in death. Survivors include her husband, Joel Chavez, of the home; daughter, Summer Chavez of Rogers; father, Ronald Dillman of Prague, Okla.; sister and brother-in-law, Robin and David Pollard of Prague, Okla.; brother and sister-in-law, Shane and Donelle Dillman of Seminole, Okla.; a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and other family. A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 3, 2012, at 2 p.m., at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague, with the Rev. David Pollard officiating.
