Jerry Wayne Moffitt

Jerry Wayne Moffitt, age 62, of Rogers, died March 1, 2012, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. He was born on March 26, 1949, to the late Andrew and Myrtle Moffitt. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam and was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Rogers. Survivors include his wife, Linda (Gresch) Moffitt of the home; son, Jeffry Moffitt of Ravenna, Ohio; stepdaughter, Patti Nelson of Streetsboro, Ohio; brother, Mack Moffitt; sister, Beulah Gamach; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Sam and Andrew Moffitt; and a niece, Debbie Foresee. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Rogers. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday at Peace Lutheran Church, Rogers, officiated by the Rev. Paul Theiss. Interment will follow in Rogers Cemetery.
