Jack Allen Moser, 80, of Rogers, Ark., passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012, at Jamestown Nursing and Rehab in Rogers. He was born Aug. 8, 1931, in Bloomington, Neb., to Fred E. Moser and Alice K. Shelton Moser. He was one of the founders of Pinnacle Country Club and among the first residents. Jack retired from Walmart in 1985 and was a buyer, and the first to go overseas to help set up buying offices. He was honored 10 years ago at a Grass Roots meeting for his immediate family having the most years of service, at that time it was well over 100 years. He was a member of Central United Methodist Church. He was a lifelong fan and supporter of the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team. He loved to golf, play cards and travel, often with his entire family. Jack's family was the most important thing in the world to him and they all knew just how much he loved them. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Kristi Perrin in 2008; and one brother, Jake Moser. Jack is survived by his wife of 58 years, Peggy Moser; two sons, Ron Moser, and wife Sherrl, of Bentonville, AR, Scott Moser, of Bella Vista, AR; two daughters, Debbie Whitley, and husband, Jerry, of Springfield, MO, Kathy Behles, and husband Tim, of Broken Arrow, OK; one sister, Barbara Nelson, of Lincoln, NE; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services of Rogers. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Central United Methodist Church in Rogers with the Rev. Jim Keith officiating. Burial will be at Bentonville Cemetery. Memorials may be made in honor of Jack Moser to The Children's Tumor Foundation (Arkansas Chapter), c/o Lesley Oslica, 139 Rainbow Lane, Bigelow, AR 72016.
