Armella S. Treat Armella S. Treat, age 79, of Springdale died Saturday, March 3, 2012, in Springdale. She was born July 1, 1932, in McKees Rocks, Pa., to John and Millie Arbus Slisky. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Gail Treat Gage and her brother, John Slisky. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Treat of Springdale, Ark.; son, Frosty Treat and his wife Donna of Springdale, Ark.; sister, Bernice Dubowick of Sun City West, Ariz.; brothers, Edward Slisky of Phoenix, Ariz.; Day Kokarev and his wife Josie of Berlin, Vt.; Son- in-law, Steven Gage of Ozark, Ark.; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. There will be a memorial service planned for a later time.
