Gail Andrew Norman, 83, of Springdale died Dec. 19, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. He was born Oct. 2, 1929, in Akron, Ohio, to George and Helena Hockenbracht Norman. He was a United States Army veteran receiving the Victory Medal in WWII. Gail retired from Greyhound after 32 years of service, and was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Rogers and the American Legion in Humboldt, Ariz. He was preceded in death by son, Mark Norman; one brother; and two sisters. He is survived by his wife, Arlene Norman of 29 years; children, Cindy Norman of Barberton, Ohio, Keith Norman and wife, Lisa, of Knox, Ind., Kent Norman of Barberton, Ohio, Richard Norman and wife, Kim, of Norton, Ohio, Jacqueline Bremmer of Phoenix, Ariz., Gail Norman Jr. and wife, Ann, of Phoenix, Ariz., Christi Lee and husband, David, of Arizona, Gerridene Pfeifer and husband, Glen, of Houston, Texas; stepchildren, Sam Moulton and wife, Lisa, of Tontitown, Rikka Stanford and husband, Richard, of Surprise, Ariz., Jennifer Wolgast and husband, Robert, of Rogers, Ark., and Rena Moulton and partner, Lei Hill, of Springdale, Ark.; sister, Judy Schneider of Mesa, Ariz.; 28 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and his beloved dog, Mikey. Funeral service will be 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 1101 W. Hudson Road, Rogers, Ark., with the Rev. Gordon Besel officiating.
