Edna Irene Eggert

Edna Irene Eggert, 85, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Ark. She was born on July 8, 1927, in South Milwaukee, Wis., to John and Martha (Engelbart) Schroeder. She managed a golf course in Wisconsin and worked as a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker until her retirement. She moved to Bella Vista 20 years ago from Thiensville, Wis. She was a member of the Highland United Methodist Church. She loved to play Bridge and cook. She was a great mom, loved to travel and loved birds and animals. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Ferdinand. She is survived by her husband, Howard of Bella Vista, Ark.; one son, Tom (Joan) Eggert of Madison, Wis.; one daughter, Cindy (Tom) Scott of St. Paul, Minn.; one brother, John (Judy) Schroeder of New Berlin, Wis.; sister-in-law, Barbara Schroeder of Thiensville, Wis.; and six grandchildren. A visitation will be at 2 p.m. prior to a memorial service at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at the Highland United Methodist Church. Arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory.
