SPRINGDALE -- Amid a little barking, the dogs were calm as students bathed, dried and brushed them on a recent Friday.
That's not always the case with the canine clientele, said agricultural science instructor Patti Priest, who oversees a dog grooming program that started this fall at Har-Ber High School.
