Prep table food items temping were tomato slices at 48 degrees and ham at 45 degrees. Milk in the coffee prep reach-in was at 42 degrees and chai mix at prep reach-in was at 43 degrees. Sliced cheese, sliced ham, and tomatoes in the walk-in were not date marked.

A chlorine solution shall measure 50-100 mg/L at a temperature of 75-100 degrees. Heavy cream in the bar fridge was at 48 degrees, orange juice in the bar fridge was at 48 degrees. Cranberry juice in the back left fridge was at 42 degrees.

Critical violations: Food preparation area hand washing sink was full of things (metallic sponge, containers). Dish washing machine with hot water as sanitizer, temperature is 115 degrees. Guacamole, mango dressing and chipotle temped at 44 degrees.

Noncritical violations: Food employee is wearing bracelets. Wiping cloths used to clean table are left there. Sinks used to clean utensils are very dirty with food debris and were greasy.

Noncritical violations: Certified food protection manager was unable to produce certificate. Multiple bottles of oil were unlabeled. Food not in the original packages for use in establishment must be identified with the common name of the food. Food must be stored in compliance with established regulations.
